12/7/12 Beatle-mania is back!

Hi theatre-goers

Phew! Andy Murray is smiling again – that’s a weight off my mind. Hopefully he’ll still be smiling when he does Olympic torch relay next week in South London. We can but hope.

Well, haven’t you been busy little bees this week? Not only do you want to see Mamma Mia, Jersey Boys and We Will Rock You, but you’ve also requested a double bill of the new Beatles tribute show Let it Be and the increasingly popular new Spice Girl’s musical Viva Forever! The latter’s tickets are selling like hotcakes!

Another very very popular theatre break is our Harry Potter Warner Bros Studio Tour. I can personally recommend it to you all. You don;t have to be a HP fan either. My Dad wasn’t and he was just as interested as the rest of the family. They even provide wheelchairs (which we hired for my Dad) – booked in advance. Plus children (of any age) are encourage to dress up as their favourite HP character.

Talking of all thing Harry Potter 2 of it’s stars are treading the boards in the West End soon. Matthew Lewis (Neville Longbottom – my kids favourite!) will star in Our Boys at the Duchess theatre in September and Mr Potter himself, Daniel Radcliffe, will be in The Cripple of Inishmaan at the Noel Coward theatre.

So much to see, so little time to see it in!

Happy Thursday everyone

Sara
