There’s magic in every moment at Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, the most awarded play in history and “one of the most defining pop culture events of the decade” (Forbes). And now, the 8th Harry Potter story is bringing the magic to London’s West End in a brand new one-part show. Book our Harry Potter Packages with hotel and tickets for The Cursed Child now!

19 years after Harry, Ron, and Hermione saved the wizarding world, they’re back on a most extraordinary new adventure – this time, joined by a brave new generation that has only just arrived at the legendary Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Prepare for spectacular spells, a mind-blowing race through time, and an epic battle to stop mysterious forces, all while the future hangs in the balance.

This one-of-a-kind theatrical experience is packed with “thrilling theatricality and pulse-pounding storytelling” (The Hollywood Reporter). It will leave you “audibly wowed, cheering and gasping” (The Telegraph), as “visions of pure enchantment send shivers down your spine” (Rolling Stone). “It is out of this world, it’s magic, it’s a hit” (The Times).

The producers of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child – Sonia Friedman Productions, Colin Callender and Harry Potter Theatrical Productions – introduce a new cast to join the Company at the end of this year, when the original two-part multi award-winning London production is re-written too tell the story in just one evening.

Harry Potter and the Cursed Child – the one part show,  is at the Palace Theatre on Shaftesbury Avenue. Nearest tube stations are Covent Garden and Leicester Square and Tottenham Court Road.

Instead of two parts on different nights, the full story will be told every performance : Tuesday to Sunday. Tuesday at 7.00pm, Wednesday at  1.00pm and 7.00pm, Thursday at 7.00pm, Friday at 7.00pm, Saturday at 1.00pm and 7.00pm and Sunday at 2.30pm.

What is the best hotel for a Harry Potter and the Cursed Child Break in London?

There are great deals at the three star Royal National Hotel with their family rooms. It is also just a 20 minute walk through Bloomsbury from the theatre and 20 minutes from Platform 9 3/4!

The four star Park Plaza Riverbank is also a great family hotel with views across the Thames.

My favourite hotel for a Harry Potter and The Cursed Child theatre break is the four star  Radisson Blu Tottenham Court. It’s close to the theatre, has a variety special offers throughout the year and has some good family deals.
