Production Shots – 42nd Street

The iconic 42nd Street has come to London. The Theatre Breaks gang saw it at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane, last week and we loved it so much we just had to organise some special midweek offers for ticket and hotel packages.

So, just as an apetiser, here are some production shots so that you can see what to expect when you go and see this all-singing, all-dancing, American classic! Images by Brinkhoff and Moegenburg

42nd Street features a string of hit song and dance numbers and so it asks a lot, not just of its stars, but of the chorus too… all of them!

You might remember the iconic dance numbers from the film: now you can see them live.

To get the show looking right, night after night, the cast have had to rehearse like mad. They’ve even had to rehearse the rehearsal secnes – that’s a lot of rehearsing!

And why? because they are rightly proud of the show the’ve got!
