Short Breaks – Holidays in London

Short Breaks in London with Theatre Breaks

One of our short breaks in London to see a musical is just the thing to do: get away for a couple of days, get tickets for the theatre, do some of the touristy things that you have been promising yourself that one day you will do: maybe entertain the children with a family break over half term.

Short Breaks in London: When is the best time to go?

Summer, Half Term Breaks, any weekend – there are a lot of excuses to come to London but maybe you have your own ones. Short breaks are a perfect way to celebrate a birthday, an anniversary or maybe even a hen night! The great attractions are open pretty much every day of the year and every day now there is a world class musical being performed in one of London’s great West End theatres.

So I’ll just give you ours here in deepest darkest Bedfordshire!

  • Spring Half Term: Monday 29 May to 2nd June 2017

What ever days during the week you chose to come to London there will be a world class show playing to create a highlight to your short break – even Sundays host half -a-dozen shows when just a couple of years ago if you took a short break over a Sunday the theatres in London were “dark”.

Short Breaks in London: Weekends

The busiest days are Saturdays but fortunately London hotels offer some great deals still – especially for two night stays. And if you book your theatre tickets for the Friday night, or the Saturday matinee, or even a Sunday matinee then you really can get some great discounts on those too.

Short Breaks By Rail

A discounted theatre break is a really great short break!  And what do you get included? Half price dining vouchers, Attraction Discount Vouchers and more importantly the opportunity to save money on the rail journey into London.

Our Zonal pricing system means that you can save up to 40% on regular fares and often beat the apex tickets too PLUS you don’t have to commit to a particular train, leaving you free to decide when you want to leave London.

Just add the rail tickets to your theatre break after you have chosen your show and hotel
