MEETINGS AND CONFERENCES
From small meeting rooms to large conference facilities, we can make the arrangements that are right for you. Typically, your day will include tea, coffee and pastries on arrival, additional refreshments mid-morning and mid-afternoon and also a lunch. This may be buffet-style for working lunches, or you may prefer delegates to stretch legs and clear heads with a walk to the hotel restaurant.
Room layout can be boardroom, cabaret or theatre-style. Smaller break-out rooms are possible, and OHPs, flipcharts
and delegate stationery can all be included too.
If your delegates are bringing their spouses, we can organise entertainment packages to meet their interests, from tours of Lords Cricket Ground to pampering in a spa.

ACCOMMODATION
Your meeting may last for several days. You may wish your delegates to arrive the night before so as to be fresh for the meeting, or you may wish them to stay on afterwards to entertain, be entertained, or unwind before the journey home.
Accommodation can be provided in conjunction with meeting facilities or as part of an entertainment event. Our portfolio of hotels includes three to five star properties, catering to a range of budgets and offering a variety of amenities such as swimming pools and health clubs.
Welcome drinks, canapes, private dining etc can all be arranged for you.

THEATRE TICKETS
Theatre is a speciality of ours and we can organise tickets to the show that is perfect for your group, from the feel-good Mamma Mia!, 9 to 5 or Mary Poppins, to serious drama or opera. VIP packages with drinks, food, programmes and hostess services are all possibilities.
ENTERTAINMENT
A flight on the BA London Eye offers fantastic views of London from the Houses of Parliament and Buckingham Palace to the dome of St Paul’s Cathedral and the distant arch of the new Wembley Stadium. Private capsules, champagne and canapés are all possible on the Eye. To enrich the experience, we can also add the services of a guide.
If culture is your interest we can help with tickets to the Royal Palaces and tours of St Paul’s. For fun occasions let your guests scream their heads off at the London Dungeon or mix with life-size models of the stars at Madame Tussauds. For the more active, maybe go-karting will appeal?

DINNERS AND LUNCHES
This may be a dinner in your hotel, in a restaurant, on a Thames river cruiser with the lights of London sparkling around you or even with a singer entertaining you and the opportunity to get up and dance.
Sunday lunch on the Thames is an experience too. Try lunch on a cruiser with a jazz band.

TRANSPORT
Not wanting your guests to wander off or ruin shoes and hair in the rain? Not wanting to trust to your map reading skills, public transport or the luck of passing taxis? We can organise transport for your guests in limousines, luxury minibuses and coaches.
