Soho at the Peacock Theatre

Circus, theatre and street performance, collide to re-create  the
exciting, edgy and voyeuristic world of London’s Soho in the  world premiere of SOHO – a  thrill ride by  rock’n’roll  global  power house Stufish.

From Saturday 6 to Saturday 20 May 2017, SOHO will  conjure  up  London’s  world famous district filling the Peacock theatre with its characters, sounds, vibes and unique buzz.

SOHO – It’s not just a place, it’s a state of mind…

SOHO’s multi-talented, international cast tell the fast-paced story of a young man’s walk on the wild side, as the colourful  characters he meets reveal an unexpected and darkly fantastical  world, where glamour and sleaze rub shoulders.

Each member of the cast has their own creative discipline. Anton Simpson-Tidy (Martial Artist – UK), Kayla Lomas-Kirton (Hip Hop / Street Dancer – UK), Daniel Ash (Drag Ariel Tissue – UK), Peter Freeman & Loric Fouchereau (Hand to Hand acrobats – Australia & France), Alessio Motta (Chinese Poles – Italy), Charlee DeBolla (Aerial Straps – UK), Rebecca Rennison (Dance Trapeze – UK), Camille Tremblay (Handstand – Canada), Leah Wolff (Hoop – Canada), Xander Taylor & Mélanie Dupuis (Doubles Trapeze – Canada).

As aerial acrobats soar to the pulsating sound of Soho’s eclectic  music scene, SOHO  celebrates  every  inch  of  the  magical  square  mile,  adding state-of-the-art  multi-layered projections to the sensorial feast.

Stufish is renowned, worldwide, for their  creative and cutting edge entertainment architecture, have been responsible for arena  productions for:  Lady  Gaga,  Madonna, Queen, Pink Floyd, Robbie Williams and shows including Jesus Christ Superstar. Also in May 2017 they bring to life The Pink Floyd Exhibition – Their Mortal Remains, which opens at the V&A on 13 May 2017.
