With a London theatre break, staying at one of our many hotels with their own swimming pools your weekend break can become quite the the healthy dream: You only need to add a morning walking round the sales and you can honestly say you’ve gone for the burn!

There is a wide range of pools in London, from the roof top pool at the Berkley via the pool and spa at the Courthouse Hotel in Theatreland itself to the 25m pool at the Leonardo Royal Hotel London City, and there is nothing quite like a swim before breakfast! Four star Hotels with Pools

NYX Hotel Holborn

During their stay at the 4 star NYX guests have use of the hotel`s leisure facilities in the Rena Spa, which include 13 metre swimming pool, sauna, steam room and fully equipped gym. Just 15 minutes stroll to Theatreland, the NYX really does have everything going for it.

Park Plaza Westminster Bridge

The Park Plaza Westminster Bridge is a fabulously modern and architecturally striking hotel. The hotel sits on the vibrant South Bank facing the Houses of Parliament, Big Ben and Westminster Abbey. Inside it has a great pool gym and spa facilities.

Holiday Inn London – Kensington High Street

Leonardo Royal London Tower Bridge

The first of three Leonardo Royal Hotels in this list. it is in the City of London, a short walk from the Tower of London.
It has a pool and spa: The Rena Spa is a luxurious retreat featuring the 25-meter indoor swimming pool with an infinity-edge spa pool, sauna and steam room.
Other features include a state-of-the-art gym and a range of spa treatments.

Novotel London Canary Wharf

The Novotel London Canary Wharf is located in the financial district. It has a pool and gym which are part of the exclusive Club 100 health club. The pool is a 10-meter level-deck pool with a counter-current unit and waterfalls that cascade into the pool.
It has a  combined sauna and steam room called a Saunarium and a gym with Technogym equipment, free weights, and a punch bag.
Again it also features spectacular views of the London skyline from the rooftop bar and terrace if you are a little less active!

Crowne Plaza London Docklands

Based in  Docklands, close to the ExCeL London exhibition centre the Crowne Plaza offers The Quad Health Club and Spa featuring a 14-meter heated swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room. It also has a fully equipped gym with cardio and strength training equipment.

Leonardo Royal Hotel London City

In the  City of London, close to the Tower of London the London City offers a 25-meter Romanesque-style swimming pool, Spa pool, steam room, and sauna as part of its modern fitness club. Guests have access to a full-service spa with treatments.

5* The Savoy on The Strand in Theatreland

The iconic Savoy Hotel in London completed its £220 million restoration in 2012 and the gym and spa facilities were not missed off the list – directly beneath the central atrium, daylight filters down onto the swimming pool. You can even have swimming lessons!

5* Montcalm Royal London in the City of London

I didn’t make it to the pool here – just got stuck on the 10th floor and the Rooftop bar with fabulous views over the city. Oops!
