Clowns: Scary Or What!?

London Clown Festival is back for 2025 with its biggest programme yet – a full-throttle celebration of physical comedy, clowning, and genre-defying performance.

It runs from 16 June to 4 July across Soho Theatre and Jacksons Lane.

This year’s lineup includes everything from jaw-dropping aerial clowning to lipstick-smeared Europop chaos, with highlights including Red Bastard , Lachlan Werne, Jessica Barton: Dirty Work , and the return of Otto & Astrid: The Stages Tour.

It’s a celebration of the chaotic, the heartfelt, and the brilliantly absurd.

Now I love a clown in the right place, but a clown festival? Scary Or What!?
