Aldwych Theatre
Designed by W.G.R.Sprague 1905. The opening production at the Aldwych Theatre was “Blue Bell”. On 15th December 1960 the Royal Shakespeare Company from Stratford-upon-Avon took over the Aldwych as its London base for 21 years before moving to the Barbican. - Taxi: You should be able to hail a taxi outside the theatre but there is a rank down at Charing Cross Station
- Parking: NCP at Drury Lane/Parker Street. Parking meters outside theatre.

Hearing Loop, Disabled Access*, Guide Dog allowed*
- The theatre is air conditioned.
- Concessions: Ice creams, Snacks and programmes. Opera glasses are availble for hire: cost £1
- Bars 3 – one in each area of the theatre: Stalls, Dress and Upper Circle. Drinks are allowed in the auditorium in plastic containers.
