The bright lights of London

The bright lights of London London Theatre Breaks
Janet Echelmen’s 1.8 Singapore installation

London will play host to a festival of light in January 2016 when Lumiere London literally lights up the capital with some amazing electrical installations including the 1.8 London, by Janet Echelmen which is an enormous net sculpture strung between buildings where audiences will be able to play with the sculpture using a specially created app that manipulates the light and patterns projected onto it.

Lumiere London will be dazzling visitors in both the West End and Kings Cross areas between 14 – 17th January 2016 with icon buildings such as the National Gallery and London Transport Museum being lit up in a unique way – it will be a truly spectacular start to your New Year celebrations.
