Jim Dale …. has a love of the spotlight that spreads its warmth to the remotest rows of the audience
The New York Times

Looking back over his own career spanning 60 years, Just Jim Dale Theatre Breaks will have the audinces in stitches as the singer/songwriter/actor recounts through witty tales, songs and performances hilarious events that have seen him be nominated for two Oscars and a BAFTA.

In America, Jim Dale is a well-known Broadway star with success in Candide, Scapino, Barnum and Me and My Gorl as well as being the voice on the US audio books for the Harry Potter series.

For a limited time only, Just Jim Dale Theatre Breaks will be available to book at the Vaudeville theatre during May and June 2015. A show not to be missed!

Hotels close by

The Vaudeville Theatre on the Strand has two favourite Theatre Break hotels very close by: the 4 star Strand Palace Hotel and the lovely 4 star deluxe Guoman Charing Cross. Just round the corner there is also the ultra trendy 5 star ME London hotel with its uniquely named rooms and its cool bars and restaurants.

Of course my favourite has always been the Kingsway Hall on Great Queen Street but you don’t need to stay nearby. Covent Garden and Charing Cross tube stations are nearby to whisk you off to any part of London, or you can take a delightful stroll across the Thames and head for one of the hotels on the south side of the river: a bit cheaper AND you get the benifit of those beautiful views up and down the Thames as you head back after the show!
